Once you have decided to rent

1. An agreement will be emailed to you

2. Your reservations will be held for 7 days

3. Payment and a signed agreement must be received within 7 days to permanently reserve your accommodations.

What we have available

1. Bedding, pillows, sheets, blankets, towels

2. Pots & pans, utensils, dishes and glasses

3. Television with DVD player & cable

4. Dish soap and dishwasher soap

5. Access to the community pool and hot tub

Times

1. Check in is at 4 pm

2. Check out is at 10 am

Before Departure

1. All trash to the trash bins

2. All dishes clean in the dish washer, ready to be unloaded

3. All areas neat, clean and picked up and furniture and items placed back in their original positions.

4. Lock all doors and windows.

Cancellations:

Bad weather...

Full refund before you arrive if the mountain closes due to poor conditions.
